By understanding where an organisation needs to be as well as where an organisation sits on this matrix - we gain a detailed insight into what an organisation is doing well, and what it is not yet doing. This lets us design step by step targeted guidance on how to progress - built on a foundation of the organisations strengths.
There are over 400 different activities/metrics within the CaDD Matrix. Each cell contains on average 8 different activities. Some cells contain as many 14 different activities.
